Knife has an ice-tempered blade made of high carbon, molybdenum/vanadium steel which makes for maximum sharpness. Traditional hot-drop forging creates a superior steel product with increased elasticity and maximum internal strength. With the unique bolsterless edge, knives can be sharPened from tip to heel. The triple rivet handle with rounded shape is ergonomically designed to provide optimum weight, balance and comfort.
