The wooden framed sieve measures 3 1/2" H x 11 7/8" in diameter and has a 1.5-mm perforated tinned steel mesh. The stainless steel sieve measures 4" H x 11 7/8" in diameter and has a 1-mm mesh with a criss-cross pattern for speed and efficiency. Stainless steel sieve is dishwasher safe; wooden sieve should be hand washed. One-year warranty.
