Micro-Torch

Use this versatile tool for making creme brulee, glazing tarts, browning meringues and melting cheese. The micro-Torch's temperature ranges up to 2,450° F, and produces anywhere from 60 to 70 minutes of burning time. It has a burner, an air adjustment ring, a gas adjustment dial, an ignition button, a safety switch, a gas valve and a continuous flame button. Uses standard butane fuel, not included.
