Inspired by restaurant chefs and designed with utility and usefulness in mind, the Epicurean® Modular Series is an evolution in cutting surfaces for the home. The two-piece modular surface has a large flat prep area on one side of each surface. On the opposite side, there is a juice groove on one half and a dual purpose juice run and bread surface on the other. The juice run can be used next to under-mount sinks to let the juice drain easily into the sink. Because the two parts of the surface are indePendent and two-sided, fitting together like two puzzle pieces, you can put them together in a variety of configurations. Of course, each piece can also be used efficiently alone. Photo shows both sides of cutting board. Dishwasher safe, heat resistant and Knife friendly.
