The DC-OUT socket is an output socket. Plug the connection cable into the socket. Please adjust the voltage (5.8v.7.8v.9.8v) to match the charging voltage of your mobile phone. If you are not sure about it, just try the voltage one by one (from 5.8-7.8-9.8). When the charging indicator of your mobile phone is on, that means the charger is at work. |

The output indicator is "green" during charging. When it becomes "orange" which indicates that the mobile phone is fully charged, please pull out the connection cable from the DC-OUT socket. |

Keep the solar panel side facing the upright sunlight when charging the lithium battery. You can also use an AC-DC Charger to charge it through the DC-IN socket. When the charging indicator becomes "yellow" it means the lithium battery is being charged. |

You can use it as a flashlight or money tester by pushing the switch to "W" or "U" The means the flashlight which is used for emergency lighting; the "U" means the ultraviolet money tester which is used for money checking. |
